
Ingredients
1 oz fresh agave sour (recipe below)
1 cup lemon juice
1 cup fresh lime juice
1 cup water
13 oz agave nectar, divided
3 oz Dole Chef-Ready Cuts Sliced Bananas
¾ oz spiced rum
¾ oz. coconut rum
1 glass of ice
whipped cream
cinnamon sugar
Directions
- Fresh Agave Sour: Combine fresh lemon juice, fresh lime juice, water and 12 oz agave nectar in ½ gallon container. Whisk to stir completely. Store chilled. Shake well before use. Makes about 1 quart.
- Combine bananas, 1 oz agave sour, remaining 1 oz agave nectar, spiced rum, coconut rum and ice in blender. Cover; blend until smooth.
- Garnish with whipped cream, banana slice and cinnamon sugar, if desired.
