1 cup DOLE Chef-Ready Cuts Diced Dragon Fruit, frozen
½ cup Coconut Milk
¼ cup DOLE Canned Pineapple Juice
½ cup DOLE Chef-Ready Cuts Sliced Banana, frozen
¼ cup DOLE Chef-Ready Cuts Mango Cubes, frozen
2 tablespoons Honey
¼ cup Granola, premade
½ Kiwi, peeled, sliced
¼ cup DOLE Chef-Ready Cuts Pineapple Cubes, thawed
3 tablespoons Toasted Coconut
- Place the dragon fruit, coconut milk, pineapple juice, banana, mango, and 1 tablespoon of honey in a blender and blend until smooth. Add more pineapple juice if consistency is too thick.
- Pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl and top with granola, kiwi, pineapple, toasted coconut, and a drizzle of the remaining honey.
