Snap Dragon Tea
A refreshing tea featuring dragon fruit.
2 quarts filtered water
8 bags jasmine green tea bags
1/2 cup honey
1 cup DOLE Smoothie Cuts IQF Dragon Fruit thawed
as needed ice cubes
- Boil water in a large pot. Once the water reaches a boil, add in the tea bags and allow to infuse for 2 minutes.
- Remove the tea bags and add honey. Allow to cool in refrigerator until chilled.
- When ready to serve place 4-5 chunks of dragon fruit into the bottom of each cup and top with ice. Fill cups with the green tea and serve.
