Drunk Dragon Sunrise
A tangy cocktail featuring tequila and infused dragon fruit.
Ingredients
1 cup pinot grigio
4 oz. white tequila divided
½ cup DOLE Chef-Ready Cuts Diced Dragon Fruit, partially thawed
1 oz. grenadine
4 oz. fresh orange juice
1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
2 cups ice
1 for garnish lime slice
Directions
To Make Drunk Dragon Fruit:
1. In a small bowl, add wine, 2 oz. tequila and dragon fruit. Place in refrigerator for at least 24 hours.
2. Keep refrigerated for up to 5 days.
To make cocktail:
1. In a shaker combine ice, 2 oz. tequila, grenadine, orange juice and lime juice. Shake until combined.
2. Pour into glass and top with 4-5 pieces of drunk dragon fruit.
