Apple Spiced Cider
A sweet and spicy refreshing cider.

Ingredients
2 cups Fresh Agave Sour recipe below
1-½ cups water
1 cup (partially thawed) DOLE Chef-Ready Cuts Diced Apples
¼ cup DOLE Pineapple Chunks
2 cinnamon sticks
1 serrano peppers seeded and quartered
Additional (partially thawed) DOLE Chef-Ready Cuts Diced Apples
ground cinnamon

Directions
- Combine agave sour, water, apples, pineapple chunks, cinnamon sticks, and pepper in infusion jar. Store in refrigerator for 4 hours; remove serrano pepper. Continue storing in refrigerator for at least 24 hours before serving.
- Serve apple spiced cider over ice in tall glass. Garnish with additional diced apples and sprinkle of cinnamon, if desired.
- Fresh Agave Sour: Stir together 1-1/2 cups agave nectar, 1 cup fresh lemon juice, 1 cup fresh lime juice and 1 cup water in large container, until blended. Keep refrigerated. Makes about 4-1/2 cups.
