Banana and Saigon Cinnamon Spiced Pizza
This pizza is topped with ricotta cheese, banana slices and cinnamon and makes a great dessert.
Ingredients
1 (12-inch) pizza crust par-baked
½ cup ricotta cheese
¼ cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp ground Saigon cinnamon
2 Tbsp cinnamon baking chips
⅓ cup slivered almonds toasted
1 cup DOLE Chef-Ready Cuts Sliced Bananas

Directions
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Place crust on pizza pan. Stir together ricotta cheese and 1/2 cup banana slices in small bowl. Spread ricotta mixture evenly over crust.
- Combine brown sugar and cinnamon in small bowl, reserving half of this mixture. Spread half of the brown sugar and cinnamon mixture on the pizza.
- Coat remaining banana slices with brown sugar and cinnamon mixture; lay banana slices on top of pizza. Sprinkle cinnamon baking chips over banana slices.
- Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with toasted almonds and caramel sauce, if desired.
