Hummingbird Cake Parfait
A perfect blend of sweet bananas, tangy pineapple and spice between layers of creamy vanilla yogurt. Credits as 1/2 cup fruit, 1 M/MA, 1 Grain.
Ingredients
8 cups low-fat vanilla yogurt
1 ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
4 cups DOLE Crushed Pineapple in Juice
4 cups DOLE Chef-Ready Cuts Sliced Bananas
48 whole grain donut holes, crumbled
16 oz whipped topping (optional)
Directions
- Combine yogurt and spice. Stir well to incorporate.
- Layer serving cup with ⅛ cup pineapple, ⅛ cup bananas, and ¼ cup yogurt. Repeat layers.
- Finish with 2 oz donut crumbles and 1 oz whipped topping.
