Breakfast Banana Split Parfait
A classic dessert, transformed into a sensational breakfast parfait featuring strawberries, bananas and pineapple. Credits as 1/2 cup fruit, 1 M/MA, 1 Grain.
Ingredients
2 ½ cups DOLE Chef-Ready Cuts Diced or Sliced Strawberries
2 ½ cups DOLE Chef-Ready Cuts Pineapple Cubes or Canned Pineapple Tidbits in Juice
3 cups DOLE Chef-Ready Cuts Sliced Strawberries
8 cups low-fat vanilla yogurt
4 cups granola
16 oz whipped topping (optional)
chocolate and/or caramel sauce (optional)
sprinkles (optional)
Directions
- Combine, strawberries, pineapple and bananas in a large mixing bowl.
- Layer ¼ cup yogurt, ¼ cup fruit and ⅛ cup granola in serving cup. Repeat layers.
- Top with 1 oz whipped cream and finish with desired toppings.
