Ingredients

1 (14 to 16in) thin pizza crust, partially cooked

½ cup marinara sauce

2 cups Parmesan cheese, finely grated

½ cup red onion, thinly sliced

½ cup green bell pepper, thinly sliced

¼ cup black olives, sliced

1 cup DOLE® Shredded Young Green Jackfruit in Brine, drained

2 tbsp Mediterranean dry herb blend

2 oz pesto

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Spread marinara sauce blend evenly over the crust.
  3. Sprinkle cheese evenly over the sauce.
  4. Evenly cover the base with sliced onion, bell peppers, and olives.
  5. In a small prep bowl, toss the jackfruit in the herb blend, and then evenly distribute over pizza. 
  6. Bake for 12-14 min in oven or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from oven and drizzle pesto over the pizza, serve while hot.
