Dragon Sunrise Greek Yogurt Bowl
A colorful blend of DOLE Fruit in a delicious Greek yogurt bowl.
Ingredients
2 ½ cups DOLE® Chef-Ready Cuts Diced Apples
2 ½ cups DOLE Chef-Ready Cuts Mango Cubes
2 ½ cups DOLE Chef-Ready Cuts Diced Dragon Fruit
2 ½ cups DOLE IQF Dark Sweet Cherries
1 cup orange juice, fresh squeezed
1 cup mint, julienned or torn, divided in half
1 cup Bulghur, cooked and dried
½ cup chia seeds
½ cup oats
½ cup almonds, slivered
1 Tbsp nutmeg
1 Tbsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp cayenne powder
1 Tbsp salt
5 cups plain Greek yogurt
Directions
To Prep:
- Add all fruit into large bowl and with orange juice and half of the mint. Toss gently and refrigerate for service.
For the Granola:
- Cook Bulghur as directed on package. Drain and place on parchment lined pan and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until Bulghur is dried and crispy.
- In a mixing bowl add warm Bulghur, chia seeds, oats, almonds and spices and stir with a fork or wooden spoon.
To Serve:
- Place ½ cup of yogurt in each bowl. Top with ½ cup fruit and ¼ cup granola. Garnish with mint.
