2 oz Apple-infused non-alcoholic sweet vermouth
1 oz DOLE Diced Dragon Fruit
4 oz sparkling water
ice, as needed
non-alcoholic saffron mist (sub-recipe)
Apple-Infused Non Alcoholic Sweet Vermouth (Sub-Recipe)
750 ml non-alcoholic sweet vermouth
10 g DOLE IQF Sliced Apples
Non-Alcoholic Saffron Mist
500 ml apple juice
10 g saffron
40 g DOLE IQF Sliced Apples

- Add all ingredients to a highball or stemless wine glass.
- Spray with saffron mist.
Apple-Infused Non Alcoholic Sweet Vermouth (Sub-Recipe)
- Combine non-alcoholic vermouth & apples. For slow maceration- vacuum seal for 48 hours and strain. For rapid infusion- combine all ingredients in an ISI Cream Charger. Double charge and rest for 15 minutes. Strain.
Non-Alcoholic Saffron Mist (Sub-Recipe)
- For slow maceration- vacuum seal saffron, sliced apples and apple juice. Let rest for 72 hours and strain. For rapid infusion- combine all ingredients in an ISI Cream Charger. Double charge and rest for 15 minutes. Strain.
