Pink Dragon Martini

A bold martini with the tropical taste of dragon fruit.

Ingredients

1 oz DOLE® Chef-Ready Cuts Diced Dragon Fruit

½ oz crème de violette

½ oz lemon juice

1 ½ oz dry gin

ice, as needed

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, add all ingredients and shake for 20-30 seconds.
Pour into martini glass. Garnish as desired.
