Piña Colada Pizza
A dreamy combination that starts with a cream cheese base, topped with DOLE Pizza Wedges and desiccated coconut, drizzled with a decadent rum caramel sauce.
Ingredients
1 (14 to 16 inch) thin pizza crust, partially cooked
1 cup cream cheese, whipped smooth
⅓ cup desiccated coconut, toasted
½ cup DOLE Tropical Gold Pineapple Pizza Wedges, drained
2 oz caramel sauce
1 Tbsp coconut rum
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- In a mixing bowl fold the cream cheese and toasted coconut together and spread evenly over the pizza base.
- Top pizza evenly with pineapple.
- Bake for 3 minutes till sauce is bubbling and pineapple is golden and beginning to caramelize.
- Mix the caramel sauce and rum together in a squeeze bottle and drizzle over the pizza to finish.
