Peach, Arugula & Burrata Pizza
This fresh and fruity west-coast style pizza features juicy peaches, creamy burrata and fresh arugula with a nutty pesto sauce.
Ingredients
1 ea partially baked pizza base
½ cup pesto sauce
1 cup DOLE® IQF Sliced Peaches, thawed
1 oz honey
3 oz balsamic vinegar
2 ea burrata cheese, fresh
½ cup baby arugula
3 sprigs basil, fresh
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Spread the pesto on the base, and evenly arrange the peach slices.
- Bake the pizza for 5-6 minutes, until the crust is cooked and peaches begin to color.
- While pizza is cooking, combine the honey and balsamic in a squeeze bottle and shake to blend.
- Top pizza with torn burrata cheese, baby arugula, torn basil sprigs, and drizzle honey balsamic dressing.
