Jackfruit Smoked Paprika and Roasted Lime Salsa
A unique and flavorful salsa that can be served with chips or as a filling for vegetarian tacos.
2 cups DOLE® Shredded Young Green Jackfruit
2 cups DOLE Pineapple Tidbits, drained
2 cups DOLE Chef-Ready Cuts Mango Cubes
⅔ cup red onion, chopped
1 cup red bell pepper, diced
2 Tbsp lime juice
¼ cup cilantro, chopped
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 Tbsp agave nectar
- Place jackfruit, pineapple and mango on greased sheet pan. Bake at 400°F for 10-14 minutes, until golden brown, mixing once.
- Mix the roasted fruit with the red onion, bell pepper, lime juice, cilantro, smoked paprika and agave nectar in a medium bowl until well combined.
- Serve with your choice of chips or as a vegetarian taco filling.
