Mongolian BBQ Jackfruit

1 can DOLE Shredded Young Green Jackfruit

½ cup gochujang sauce

3 cups sweet and spicy BBQ sauce

1 cup DOLE Chef-Ready Cuts Mango Cubes

Cooking spray, as needed

Naan bread or cooked rice


  1. Spray a ½ inch baking pan with cooking oil of choice. Drain jackfruit and place on pan.
  2. Add gochujang sauce and BBQ sauce on top of jackfruit.
  3. Bake in oven at 375 degrees for 1 hour then add mango cubes. Uncover and bake for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Serve with naan bread or white rice.
