Mongolian BBQ Jackfruit
Marinated in a sweet & smoky sauce and perfectly paired with naan bread or white rice. Created by Chef Renee Gerritsen.
1 can DOLE Shredded Young Green Jackfruit
½ cup gochujang sauce
3 cups sweet and spicy BBQ sauce
1 cup DOLE Chef-Ready Cuts Mango Cubes
Cooking spray, as needed
Naan bread or cooked rice
- Spray a ½ inch baking pan with cooking oil of choice. Drain jackfruit and place on pan.
- Add gochujang sauce and BBQ sauce on top of jackfruit.
- Bake in oven at 375 degrees for 1 hour then add mango cubes. Uncover and bake for 10-15 minutes.
- Serve with naan bread or white rice.
