Berry Hazelnut Flatbread

Ingredients

10 Whole Grain Flatbreads

2 cups Alouette Soft Cheese or similar

2 tbsp Dill

1 cup Dole Chef-Ready Cuts Diced Strawberries, pureed

2 tbsp Salt

2 tbsp Black Pepper

½ cups Basil, Julienned

2 cups Hazelnuts, chopped

10 tbsp Pomegranate Molasses

2 ½ cups Dole IQF Mixed Berries

10 tbsp Granola

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 42 degrees.
  2. In a small bowl combine puree, cheese, dill, salt and pepper and mix thoroughly.
  3. Place flatbread on flat surface and spread 1/3 cup mix evenly over bread.
  4. Add Hazelnuts and berries and cook in oven for 7 minutes.
  5. Remove and top with granola and a drizzle of Molasses. Finish with Basil and serve.
