Dragon Killer
A classic rum cocktail with a bite of pink peppercorn. Created by Chef Jeff Trollinger.
Ingredients
Ice, as needed
5 oz DOLE Pineapple Coconut Mix
2 oz extra dark rum
1 oz orange juice
1 oz DOLE Chef-Ready Cuts Diced Dragon Fruit
sprinkle of crushed pink peppercorns
Directions
- Add rum, DOLE Pineapple Coconut Mix and orange juice to a shaker with ice and shake vigorously to combine.
- Strain into a glass over crushed ice and dragon fruit.
- Garnish with a sprinkle of crushed pink peppercorns.
