Ingredients

Ice, as needed

5 oz DOLE Pineapple Coconut Mix

2 oz extra dark rum

1 oz orange juice

1 oz DOLE Chef-Ready Cuts Diced Dragon Fruit

sprinkle of crushed pink peppercorns

Directions

  1. Add rum, DOLE Pineapple Coconut Mix and orange juice to a shaker with ice and shake vigorously to combine.
  2. Strain into a glass over crushed ice and dragon fruit.
  3. Garnish with a sprinkle of crushed pink peppercorns.
