Ingredients

2 each puff pastry sheets

4 Tablespoons DOLE Seedless Raisins

⅔ cup DOLE Chef-Ready Cuts Diced Apples thawed

4 Tablespoons unsweetened coconut flakes

4 Tablespoons walnuts

2 Tablespoons pistachios chopped

2 Tablespoons hazelnuts

1-½ cups whole milk

1-½ cups heavy cream

6 Tablespoons + more to garnish sweetened condensed milk divided

½ teaspoon cinnamon

as needed whipped cream garnish

Directions

  1. Bake puff pastry sheets to manufacturers directions. Let cool, then break into small pieces. 

  2. Preheat the oven to 400°F.  Combine the raisins, apples, coconut flakes, walnuts, pistachios and hazelnuts with the broken-up puff pastry in a baking dish.
  3. In a separate bowl mix the whole milk, heavy cream, 6 Tablespoons sweetened condensed milk and cinnamon together. Pour the wet mixture over the dry mixture and gently toss to coat thoroughly. 
  4. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown on top.
  5. Remove from oven, cut into even pieces and drizzle with sweetened condensed milk and a dollop of whipped cream.
