2 tablespoons lime juice

¼ cup cream of coconut

2 cups DOLE Mandarin Oranges drained

1 cup frozen DOLE Dark Sweet Cherries partially thawed

1 cup frozen DOLE Tropical Gold Pineapple Chunks partially thawed

1 large bananas peeled and sliced

½ cup sweetened flaked coconut toasted

  1. Combine lime juice and cream of coconut in medium bowl.  Whisk to combine.
  2. Add mandarin oranges, cherries, pineapple, banana, and coconut to lime mixture.  Toss to combine.  Serve immediately.
