Ambrosia
A delicious and flavorful fruit salad, perfect as a light dessert.

Ingredients
40 oz. (5 cups) DOLE Pineapple Chunks drained
16.3 oz. (2-¾ cups) DOLE Mandarin Oranges drained
1 cup DOLE Chef-Ready Cuts Sliced Bananas thawed pureed
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 cup flaked coconut toasted
½ cup chopped almonds
16 oz. (2 cups) vanilla lowfat yogurt

Directions
- Combine pineapple chunks, mandarin oranges, grapes, bananas, marshmallows, coconut and almonds.
- Fold in yogurt. Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
