Peach Julep

Bubbly and fresh club soda with peaches and bourbon.

Ingredients

2 ounces DOLE Chef-Ready Cuts Diced Peaches thawed

3 each fresh mint leaves rinsed patted dry and torn

1-½ ounces bourbon

1½ oz fresh sour mix

1 ounce club soda

as needed ice

Muddle peaches in shaker. Add mint, bourbon, fresh sour and simple syrup and ice. Shake for 20-30 seconds and strain into glass with ice.
Top with club soda. Garnish with diced peaches, if desired.
