Tropical Cheesecake Pizza

This is a fun dessert pizza with a tropical flair.

Ingredients

1 (14- inch) pizza crust

1 tablespoon (1 oz.) butter or margarine melted

6 ounces cream cheese softened

1.5 ounces (5 tsp.) sugar

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

½ cup (4 oz.) DOLE Tropical Fruit drained

¼ cup (2 oz.) toasted macadamia nuts coarsely chopped

1-½ teaspoon sugar

1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Brush pizza crust with melted butter; sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake until 3/4 done. Remove and cool.
Beat together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Spread over par baked crust; top with tropical fruit and nuts.
Bake until cream cheese is thoroughly heated and turns light golden brown.
Cinnamon Sugar: Combine sugar and ground cinnamon in bowl.
