Ingredients

25 whole wheat English muffins, split (50 halves)

2 ½ cups pizza sauce, low sodium

3 lb part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded

2 cups Dole® canned pineapple tidbits in light syrup, drained well

1 lb lean diced ham

1 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp garlic powder

Directions

  1. Split English muffins and arrange cut-side up on sheet pans (50 halves total).
  2. Spread about 1 ¼ Tbsp pizza sauce evenly onto each muffin half.
  3. Sprinkle roughly 1 oz shredded mozzarella per serving.
  4. Evenly distribute Dole pineapple tidbits.
  5. Add ham.
  6. Sprinkle oregano and garlic powder if using.
  7. Bake at 400°F (convection 375°F) for 6–8 minutes, or until cheese is melted and lightly golden.
  8. Serve or hold hot at 135°F or above until service.
