Red, White, and Blueberry Parfait
A colorful blend of IQF strawberries and blueberries, layered with vanilla yogurt and crunchy granola. Credits as 1/2 cup fruit, 1 M/MA, 1 Grain.
Ingredients
4 cups DOLE Chef-Ready Cuts Diced or Sliced Strawberries
4 cups DOLE IQF Whole Blueberries
8 cups low-fat vanilla yogurt
4 cups granola
16 oz whipped topping (optional)
Directions
- Combine berries in a large mixing bowl.
- Layer serving cup with ¼ cup yogurt, ⅛ cup granola, and ¼ cup berries. Repeat layers.
- Finish with 1 oz whipped topping.
