Tuna Crudo Carpaccio with Mandarin and Sicilian Flavors

Ingredients

20 oz tuna, Sashimi Grade, sliced

2 cups DOLE® Canned Mandarin Oranges in Juice

1 cup blood orange, sliced

¼ cup red onion, diced

½ cup Sicilian pistachios

½ cup olive oil

2 Tbsp sea salt

2 Tbsp parsley, chopped, divided

Directions

  1. Slice tuna into 20 equal slices and fan onto a large platter.
  2. In a bowl, add mandarins, blood orange segments, onions, pistachios, olive oil, salt, and parsley. Mix gently.
  3. Top tuna with mixture and garnish with remaining parsley.
