Tuna Crudo Carpaccio with Mandarin and Sicilian Flavors
Sashimi grade tuna sliced thin and coupled with a sweet mandarin salad.
Ingredients
20 oz tuna, Sashimi Grade, sliced
2 cups DOLE® Canned Mandarin Oranges in Juice
1 cup blood orange, sliced
¼ cup red onion, diced
½ cup Sicilian pistachios
½ cup olive oil
2 Tbsp sea salt
2 Tbsp parsley, chopped, divided
Directions
- Slice tuna into 20 equal slices and fan onto a large platter.
- In a bowl, add mandarins, blood orange segments, onions, pistachios, olive oil, salt, and parsley. Mix gently.
- Top tuna with mixture and garnish with remaining parsley.
