Batrouni Lemonade Cocktail

A traditional refreshment in North Lebanon made with Dole Sweet and Sour Mix.

Ingredients

10 ea lemons, juiced

5 cups DOLE® Sweet & Sour Mix

2 ½ cups orange blosson water

20 oz aniseed liquor

3 cups sparkling water

ice, as needed

mint sprig, for garnish

Combine all ingredients, except garnish, in a large serving pitcher. Stir for 1 minute.
Pour into serving glass and garnish with mint sprig.
