Gochujang Chicken Gold Pineapple Brie Pizza

Ingredients

1 ea 16" pizza crust

¾ cup brie cheese, spreadable

1 cup fresh mozzarella, shredded, divided

¾ cup chicken breast strips, fajita style

¼ cup Gochujang sauce

½ cup DOLE® IQF Tropical Gold® Pineapple Tibits

½ cup Poblano pepper strips

Directions

  1. Place the spreadable brie over the pizza crust.
  2. Add ½ cup of the fresh mozzarella over the crust.
  3. Toss the chicken breast strips in the Gochujang sauce add to the pizza.
  4. Add the pineapple tidbits and Poblano pepper strips to the pizza.
  5. Top with the remainder of the fresh mozzarella and bake at 500F until cheese is lightly brown.
  6. Let cool slightly and enjoy.
