Gochujang Chicken Gold Pineapple Brie Pizza
A bold & spicy pizza dish sweetened with pineapple tidbits. Created by Chef Michael Baum
Ingredients
1 ea 16" pizza crust
¾ cup brie cheese, spreadable
1 cup fresh mozzarella, shredded, divided
¾ cup chicken breast strips, fajita style
¼ cup Gochujang sauce
½ cup DOLE® IQF Tropical Gold® Pineapple Tibits
½ cup Poblano pepper strips
Directions
- Place the spreadable brie over the pizza crust.
- Add ½ cup of the fresh mozzarella over the crust.
- Toss the chicken breast strips in the Gochujang sauce add to the pizza.
- Add the pineapple tidbits and Poblano pepper strips to the pizza.
- Top with the remainder of the fresh mozzarella and bake at 500F until cheese is lightly brown.
- Let cool slightly and enjoy.
