Pineapple Coconut Algonquin
A simple and understated cocktail that packs a punch of tangy flavor with a bite of bitterness. Created by Chef Christopher Kvoriak
Ingredients
1 ½ oz rye whiskey
¾ oz dry vermouth
3 oz DOLE Pineapple Coconut Mix
lemon peel, twisted for garnish
Directions
- Add all ingredients, except garnish to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with lemon peel twist and enjoy.
