Light and fluffy shaved ice topped with a sweet strawberry sauce and diced pineapple finished with a sweetened condensed milk drizzle and toasted coconut.

STRAWBERRY SAUCE INGREDIENTS:
1 cup DOLE® Chef-Ready Cuts Diced Strawberries, pureed
½ cup water
½ cup lime juice
STRAWBERRY PINEAPPLE HAWAIIAN SHAVED ICE INGREDIENTS:
5 quarts shaved Ice
2½ cups strawberry sauce, sub-recipe
1¼ cups DOLE Chef-Ready Cuts Pineapple Cubes, thawed
¾ Tbsp sweetened condensed milk
¾ Tbsp toasted coconut
Directions
STRAWBERRY SAUCE DIRECTIONS:
- In a medium sauce pan combine all ingredients and bring to a boil.
- Chill completely before use.
TO SERVE:
- Add 2 cups shaved ice to serving cup and top with ¼ cup strawberry sauce, 2 Tbsp pineapple cubes and 1 Tbsp sweetened condensed milk drizzle.
- Garnish with sprinkle of 1 Tbsp toasted coconut.
