Blue Bayou
A show-stopping cocktail to serve all summer-long.
Ingredients
1½ oz. light rum
1 oz. blue curacao syrup
1 oz. hibiscus syrup
2 oz. DOLE® Pineapple Coconut Mix
1 oz. cream of coconut
cup crushed ice
Pineapple or citrus slice, for garnish
Directions
- Add all ingredients to blender, except for garnish.
- Purée on high speed until smooth.
- Pour into chilled glass and garnish with pineapple or citrus slice.
