Ingredients

1½ oz. light rum

1 oz. blue curacao syrup

1 oz. hibiscus syrup

2 oz. DOLE® Pineapple Coconut Mix

1 oz. cream of coconut

cup crushed ice

Pineapple or citrus slice, for garnish

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to blender, except for garnish.
  2. Purée on high speed until smooth.
  3. Pour into chilled glass and garnish with pineapple or citrus slice.
