Polynesian Pineapple Pizza
Savory barbacoa beef and succulent golden pineapple make for a flavorful Polynesian-inspired pizza.
1 each par-baked pizza curst
¼ cup marinara sauce
¼ cup smokey BBQ sauce
1 cup pre-cooked barbacoa beef, shredded
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
¼ cup red onions, thinly sliced
½ cup DOLE Tropical Gold Pineapple Pizza Wedges
¼ cup sweet corn kernels
2 Tbsp green onions, thinly sliced
- Preheat oven to 450 F.
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk the marinara and bbq sauce together
- Spread half of the sauce on the pizza base and toss the beef in the remaining sauce to evenly coat.
- Bake the pizza for 5-6 minutes, till the crust is cooked and cheese beginning to color.
- Garnish pizza with green onions and slice and serve.
