1 each par-baked pizza curst

¼ cup marinara sauce

¼ cup smokey BBQ sauce

1 cup pre-cooked barbacoa beef, shredded

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

¼ cup red onions, thinly sliced

½ cup DOLE Tropical Gold Pineapple Pizza Wedges

¼ cup sweet corn kernels

2 Tbsp green onions, thinly sliced


  1. Preheat oven to 450 F.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, whisk the marinara and bbq sauce together
  3. Spread half of the sauce on the pizza base and toss the beef in the remaining sauce to evenly coat.
  4. Bake the pizza for 5-6 minutes, till the crust is cooked and cheese beginning to color.
  5. Garnish pizza with green onions and slice and serve.
