Ingredients

2 oz DOLE® Chef-Ready Cuts Mango Cubes

3 oz DOLE Sweet & Sour Mix

1 ½ oz rum

½ oz aperol

ice, as needed

lemon or orange slice, for garnish

Muddle mango cubes in a cocktail shaker.
Add remaining ingredients and shake for 20-30 seconds. Strain into a glass over ice. Garnish as desired.
