Frothed Strawberry Yellowhammer

Ingredients

½ oz light rum

½ oz vodka

½ oz Amaretto

2 oz DOLE Chef-Ready Cuts Diced Strawberries, puréed

6 oz DOLE 100% Pineapple Juice

4 oz DOLE Sweet & Sour Mix

1 egg white

Ice, as needed

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients, except ice in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Shake well (the harder you shake, the more foam will be created).
  3. Strain cocktail into glassware of choice over ice.
  4. Garnish with an orange slice.
