Frothed Strawberry Yellowhammer
A fruity blend of pineapple and strawberry topped with a light and airy foam. Created by Chef Charles Nichols.
Ingredients
½ oz light rum
½ oz vodka
½ oz Amaretto
2 oz DOLE Chef-Ready Cuts Diced Strawberries, puréed
6 oz DOLE 100% Pineapple Juice
4 oz DOLE Sweet & Sour Mix
1 egg white
Ice, as needed
Directions
- Combine all ingredients, except ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Shake well (the harder you shake, the more foam will be created).
- Strain cocktail into glassware of choice over ice.
- Garnish with an orange slice.
