Nutritious and light, this Fijian dish is made with diced avocado, tomatoes, red onions and mango chunks.

Ingredients

½ cup Dole Chef-Ready Cuts Diced Avocado

¼ cup tomato, diced

2 tbsp red onions, fine diced

½ cup Dole IQF Mango Chunks, thawed

2 tbsp cilantro, chopped

1 tsp coconut milk

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp chili flakes

1 tsp sesame oil

2 tbsp sesame seeds

Salt and pepper if desired

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a small mixing bowl and stir gently to combine. Season to taste.
