Fijian Avocado Mango Salad

Nutritious and light, this Fijian dish is made with diced avocado, tomatoes, red onions and mango chunks.

½ cup DOLE Smoothie Cut Avocado

¼ cup Tomato, diced

2 Tbsp Red Onions, fine diced

½ cup Dole Mango Chunks, defrosted

2 Tbsp Cilantro, chopped

1 tsp Coconut Milk

1 Tbsp Olive Oil

1 Tbsp Chili Flakes

1 tsp Sesame Oil

2 Tbsp Sesame Seeds

Salt and pepper if desired


  1. In a small Bowl combine Avocado, Tomato, Mango, onion, cilantro, olive oil, chili Oil, Sesame Oil and seeds.
  2. Stir gently to combine. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
