Baked Chicken Wings with Mango & Scotch Bonnet Glaze
This easy-to-make recipe brings the heat while being balanced out with a little bit of that mango tang.

Ingredients
1 ¼ lbs chicken wings, drums and flats
1 ½ Tbsp paprika
1 Tbsp garlic powder
½ Tbsp onion powder
1 lemon, juiced
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 Tbsp kosher salt
½ Tbsp ground pepper
¼ cup rice vinegar
2 Tbsp honey
½ cup DOLE Chef-Ready Cuts Mango Cubes
½ scotch bonnet pepper, minced
1 tsp kosher salt
½ cup red bell pepper, large dice
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 F.
- In a large mixing bowl combine chicken wings, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, lemon juice, vegetable oil, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly so all the seasoning is evenly distributed.
- Place wings on baking sheet and bake in oven for 35 minutes.
- In a small stock pot, combine remaining ingredients and bring to light boil for about 8 minutes.
- After 8 minutes, transfer mixture to a container and use an immersion blender to purée the glaze. Leave to cool at room temperature.
- Remove wings from oven and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Toss with glaze and enjoy!
