Strawberry Ricotta Cheesecake Pizza
A delicious dessert pizza reminiscent of strawberries and cheesecake.
2 tablespoons butter melted
2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 14 oz. (11-1/2 inch) pizza crust par-baked
6 ounces whole milk ricotta cheese drained
8 ounces cream cheese softened
5 tablespoons honey
2 cups DOLE Chef-Ready Cuts Diced Strawberries partially thawed
1/4 cup chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Combine butter, sugar, and cinnamon in a small bowl. Brush crust with butter mixture.
- Combine ricotta, cream cheese, and honey in food processor. Cover; process until smooth. Spread mixture on top of crusts.
- Bake for 8 minutes.
- Sprinkle pizzas with strawberries and chocolate chips.
