Strawberry Ricotta Cheesecake Pizza

A delicious dessert pizza reminiscent of strawberries and cheesecake.

Ingredients

2 tablespoons butter melted

2 teaspoons sugar

½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

2 14 oz. (11-½ inch) pizza crust par-baked

6 ounces whole milk ricotta cheese drained

8 ounces cream cheese softened

5 tablespoons honey

2 cups DOLE Chef-Ready Cuts Diced Strawberries partially thawed

¼ cup chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 450°F.
Combine butter, sugar, and cinnamon in a small bowl. Brush crust with butter mixture.
Combine ricotta, cream cheese, and honey in food processor. Cover; process until smooth. Spread mixture on top of crusts.
Bake for 8 minutes.
Sprinkle pizzas with strawberries and chocolate chips.
