Sausage and Peach Pizza
A savory pizza with a hint of sweet from peaches.
Ingredients
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
1 14 oz. (11-½ inch) prepared pizza crust
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese divided
½ cup hot Italian sausage cooked crumbled
¼ cup thinly sliced onions caramelized
1 cup DOLE Chef-Ready Cuts Diced Peaches partially thawed
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Combine olive oil, Italian seasoning, and parmesan cheese in small bowl. Brush mixture over crust.
- Top crust with 1/4 cup mozzarella, sausage, onions, and remaining mozzarella.
- Bake for 12 minutes. Sprinkle with peaches after baking.
