Berry Vinaigrette
A great tasting, versatile raspberry vinaigrette to pair with almost any salad!
Ingredients
1 cup frozen DOLE Raspberries thawed undrained
½ cup chopped fresh mint
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions
- Puree together raspberries, mint, vinegar, vegetable oil, salt and pepper in mixing bowl until blended. Cover; refrigerate at least 2 hours. Serve over fruit salad or spinach salad.
