5 cups frozen DOLE IQF Sliced Apples

1-½ cups frozen DOLE Cranberries

1 cup DOLE Seedless Raisins

⅓ cup DOLE 100% Pineapple Juice

½ cup packed brown sugar

1-½ tsp ground cinnamon divided

½ tsp ground nutmeg divided

¼ cup granulated sugar

¼ cup quick cooking oats

¼ cup whole wheat flour

¼ cup butter cut into small pieces

¼ cup chopped walnuts

  1. Combine apples, cranberries, raisins, juice, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon and 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg in 9x9-inch baking dish sprayed with vegetable cooking spray.
  2. Blend together in a separate bowl remaining 1/4 cup brown and granulated sugar, oats, flour and remaining 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg.
  3. Cut in butter with pastry blender or two knives to dry ingredients until mixture is crumbly.  Mix in walnuts and sprinkle over fruit.
  4. Bake at 350ºF, 45 minutes or until topping is brown.  Cool slightly and serve topped with fat free frozen yogurt, if desired.
