Spinach and Peach Pizza with Goat Cheese
This vegetarian pizza has wonderful flavor combination with spinach, peaches and goat cheese.
Ingredients
1 (12-inch) thin pizza crust partially cooked
olive oil
blackened seasoning
3 oz. (3 cups) baby spinach leaves
¼ cup red bell pepper cut into julienne strips
1 large garlic cloves sliced
1 cup DOLE Chef-Ready Cuts Diced Peaches
½ cup goat cheese crumbled
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Place pizza crust on pizza pan. Brush generously with olive oil and sprinkle with blackened seasoning, to taste.
- Saute spinach briefly in skillet in 1 teaspoon oil, until just wilted. Arrange cooked spinach on pizza crust.
- Top with red pepper and garlic slices. Sprinkle with diced peaches and cheese. Drizzle generously with additional olive oil.
- Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until heated through.
