An aromatic saffron scented cocktail featuring DOLE IQF Sliced Apples, sweet red aperitivo, and sparkling water.

2 oz DOLE Apple-Infused Cocchi Americano (sub-recipe)
1 oz sweet red aperitivo
4 oz sparkling water
saffron mist (sub-recipe)
Apple Infused Cocchi Americano (Sub-recipe)
750 ml Cocchi Americano
40 g DOLE IQF Sliced Apples
Alcoholic Saffron Mist
500 ml vodka
10 g saffron

Bring Me to Life
- Add all ingredients in a highball or stemless wine glass. Add ice to fill.
- Garnish with apple fan (3-5 apple wedges, skewered and fanned out)
- Spray with saffron mist.
Apple Ingused Cocchi Americano (sub-recipe)
- Combine Cocchi Americano & apples. For slow maceration- vacuum seal for 48 hours and strain. For rapid infusion- combine all ingredients in an ISI Cream Charger. Double charge and rest for 15 minutes. Strain.
Saffron Mist (Sub-Recipe)
- Combine saffron and vodka. For slow maceration- allow to infuse for 72 hours. Strain. For rapid infusion- combine all ingredients in an ISI Cream Charger. Double charge and rest for 15 minutes. Strain
