Mixed Fruit Smoothie
A quick smoothie with mixed fruit, yogurt, banana and pineapple juice.
Ingredients
1 can (6 oz.) DOLE Pineapple Juice
½ cup DOLE Chef-Ready Cuts Sliced Bananas
1 carton (6 oz.) vanilla lowfat yogurt
1 cup frozen DOLE Mixed Fruit
Directions
- Combine pineapple juice, banana, yogurt and mixed fruit in blender or food processor container. Cover; blend until smooth.
- Variation: Omit banana, and increase amount of mixed fruit to 1-1/2 cups; proceed as above.
