Mango Maple Ginger Daiquiri

Sweet and refreshing daiquiri

INGREDIENTS:

4 oz. DOLE® Pineapple Juice
1-1/2 cups DOLE Chef-Ready Cuts Mango Cubes partially thawed
1 (1/2 inch) thick slice fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
2 oz. fresh lime juice
2 oz. maple syrup
2-1/2 cups crushed ice
4 oz. dark rum

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Combine pineapple juice,  mango, ginger, limes and syrup in blender container.  Add ice.  Cover; blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into chilled martini glasses rimmed with equal parts superfine bar sugar and ground ginger. Slowly add rum.  Garnish with fresh pineapple leaves, if desired.
