Moroccan Peach Almond Milkshake
Creamy almond milk blended with peach purée, dates and a splash of orange flower water, topped with toasted almond slices.

MOROCCAN PEACH ALMOND MILKSHAKE INGREDIENTS:
3¾ quarts | Vanilla almond milk |

5 cups | Almonds, whole |
5 cups | DOLE® Chef-Ready Peach Frozen Purée, thawed |
6¼ cups | DOLE Chef-Ready Cuts Diced Peaches, thawed |
40 each | Dates, pitted |
2½ teaspoons | Orange flower water |
2½ teaspoons | Cinnamon, ground |
1¼ teaspoons | Nutmeg, ground |
10 Tablespoons | Almond slices, roasted, for garnish |
MOROCCAN PEACH ALMOND MILKSHAKE DIRECTIONS:
- Combine almond milk and whole almonds in container; cover and allow to soak overnight.
- In blender, add all ingredients except sliced almonds; blend until smooth consistency.
- Chill for 1 hour before serving.
TO SERVE:
- Pour approximately 3 cups milkshake in each serving glass.
- Garnish with one tablespoon sliced almonds and additional diced peaches if desired. Serve immediately.
