Moroccan Peach Almond Milkshake

Creamy almond milk blended with peach purée, dates and a splash of orange flower water, topped with toasted almond slices.

MOROCCAN PEACH ALMOND MILKSHAKE INGREDIENTS:

3¾ quarts Vanilla almond milk
5 cups Almonds, whole
5 cups DOLE® Chef-Ready Peach Frozen Purée, thawed
6¼ cups DOLE Chef-Ready Cuts Diced Peaches, thawed
40 each Dates, pitted
2½ teaspoons Orange flower water
2½ teaspoons Cinnamon, ground
1¼ teaspoons Nutmeg, ground
10 Tablespoons Almond slices, roasted, for garnish

MOROCCAN PEACH ALMOND MILKSHAKE DIRECTIONS:

  1. Combine almond milk and whole almonds in container; cover and allow to soak overnight.
  2. In blender, add all ingredients except sliced almonds; blend until smooth consistency.
  3. Chill for 1 hour before serving.

TO SERVE:

  1. Pour approximately 3 cups milkshake in each serving glass.
  2. Garnish with one tablespoon sliced almonds and additional diced peaches if desired. Serve immediately.
