Moroccan Peach Almond Milkshake

Ingredients

3¾ quarts vanilla almond milk

5 cups almonds, whole

6¼ cups DOLE Chef-Ready Cuts Diced Peaches, thawed

40 ea dates, pitted

2½ tsp orange flower water

2½ tsp cinnamon, ground

1¼ tsp nutmeg, ground

10 Tbsp almond slices, roasted, for garnish

Directions

  1. Combine almond milk and whole almonds in container; cover and allow to soak overnight.
  2. In blender, add all ingredients except sliced almonds; blend until smooth consistency.
  3. Chill for 1 hour before serving.
  4. Pour approximately 3 cups milkshake in each serving glass.
  5. Garnish with 1 Tbsp sliced almonds and additional diced peaches if desired. Serve immediately.
