Sunshine Blender-less Smoothie Bowl

A picture perfect smoothie bowl, bursting with fruit-forward flavor and there’s no blender needed.

 

K-12 Credits: 1/2 cup fruit, 2 oz.  equivalent grain, 1 oz. meat / meat alternative.

INGREDIENTS:

160 oz. lowfat vanilla yogurt
1 (#10) can DOLE Crushed Pineapple
40 (2 oz.) packets granola
1 (5 lb.) bag DOLE Chef-Ready Cuts Diced Strawberries partially thawed

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Combine crushed pineapple and yogurt in a large mixing bowl. Stir until pineapple is evenly distributed. 
  2. Scoop 3/4 cup pineapple yogurt mixture into serving tray.
  3. Scoop 1/4 cup diced Strawberries into serving tray. 
  4. Serve with one 2 oz. granola packet. 

    TIP: Change up your flavors by substituting DOLE Chef-Ready Cuts Mango Cubes for the diced strawberries.
