Limoncello Gel Filled Mango Bowls
(2017 Pairings) A refreshing dessert bowl.
INGREDIENTS:
1 package (6 oz.)

lemon flavor gelatin
|
4 cups
|
limoncello liqueur

frozen DOLE Mango Halves partially thawed

DIRECTIONS:
- Prepare 1 full packet of lemon flavored gelatin, replacing all hot and cold water with heated and cold limoncello liqueur.
- Scoop out a cup shape from the center of the mango halves using a melon baller.
- Pour gelatin mixture into mango halves and place in freezer for at least 1 hour to set. Serve as either whole halves or slice into wedges.
