Banana Coconut Punch

A refreshing tropical punch, combining pineapple juice, bananas and coconut.

INGREDIENTS:

2 cans (6 oz.) each DOLE® Pineapple Juice
3 oz. Rum or Tequila
2 oz. cream of coconut
1 cup DOLE Chef-Ready Cuts Sliced Bananas

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Combine pineapple juice, rum, cream of coconut and bananas in blender.  Cover; blend until smooth.  Pour over ice.  Garnish with mint, if desired.
