Banana Sesame Borekas

2 egg(s), lightly beaten
1 cup farmer's cheese or ricotta cheese
2 tbsp. tahini paste
2 cups DOLE® Fresh Frozen Sliced Bananas, partial thawed
1/4 cup honey
1-1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 pkg. (17.5 oz. each) frozen puff pastry, thawed
sesame seeds, untoasted


  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine 1 egg, cheese, tahini paste, bananas, honey, and cinnamon; set aside.
  3. Divide puff pastry into 8 even squares. Place 2 to 3 tablespoons of filling in each square. Moisten half of the edges of the square with water and fold in half diagonally to form triangles. Seal edges together with a fork.
  4. Brush tops of pastries with second egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown.
